- Despite being in an invite-only beta, mo.co has generated over $1.2 million in revenue within two weeks.
- The highest number of downloads occurred from March 21st to 23rd and a revenue peak on March 24th and 25th.
- Since platform fees aren't included in the reported revenue, mo.co's actual player spending might surpass $1.2 million.
It has been two weeks since we saw the launch of Supercell’s monster-hunting action RPG mo.co, as an invite-only launch, and it isn’t a secret that the reception has been good. Well, the revenue numbers are pointing in the same direction as two weeks after launch, as mo.co has crossed past $1.2 million, which is a good start.
Yes, the numbers aren’t that high, but there’s a reason why I said “good start“. If you remember, this is a game that’s still in beta and running on an invite-only basis. In such cases, the audience isn’t high, but these numbers are pretty sure.
mo.co revenue has seen a consistent climb, with notable spikes as more players gain access to the invite-only launch
Looking at the revenue graph, mo.co has experienced a steady climb in earnings since the start of the invite-only launch. The initial two days saw decent gains, but things picked up significantly as more players joined.

From the graph shown, you can notice that mo.co experienced its peak during the 21st to 23rd of March in terms of downloads, which was over 300,000 in all three days. On the 24th of March, the revenue saw its peak in the range of $100,000 to $110,000, which remained in the same range the next day, too.
It’s also important to note that this $1.2 million revenue figure includes platform cuts, so total player spending is higher. Google Play takes 15% from the first $1 million and 30% after that. A similar thing happens with the App Store as well.
This means mo.co has earned more from the player spending, and hence these are close figures but not completely accurate. Additionally, these numbers do not account for the revenue from the Supercell store.
If you haven’t jumped in yet, mo.co is all about fast-paced, cooperative monster hunting. You take on the role of a hunter fighting Chaos Monsters across parallel worlds, upgrading gear, and teaming up with others to take down massive bosses.
