Niantic is working with The Pokémon Company International, PUMA, and Foot Locker Inc. to transform 400 Foot Locker, Champs Sports, and Kid’s Foot Locker locations across the United States, as well as the PUMA flagship store on Fifth Avenue, into Gyms and PokéStops in Pokémon GO for the next six months. This is done to celebrate the Puma x Pokémon collaboration.
Pokémon x Puma collaboration features sneaker designs, messenger bags, T-shirts, and more
The Pokémon Company International and Puma introduced their innovative collection, which celebrates the amazing Pokémon universe. Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Gengar are just a few of the popular Pokémon that Puma has drawn inspiration for its latest collection of iconic visuals and whimsical attention to detail.
The Puma Slipstream Charmander, as well as the Puma Suede, Rider FV, and TRC Blaze Court, which are inspired by Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Gengar, serve as examples of the collection’s attention on these iconic Pokémon from the immensely successful entertainment series. Pokémon fans can locate hidden secrets on the tongue label, insole, and heel of the entire line of footwear.
The coordinating clothing features Pokémon images on a variety of cotton T-shirts, loose crews, and hoodies, while textured prints provide a tactile element to things like a sherpa jacket and sweatpants. The last category is accessories, which include messenger bags and beanies made in collaboration.
In addition, Foot Locker and Pokémon Center, the top online retailers for authentic, high-quality Pokémon merchandise in the US, Canada, and the UK, will carry an exclusive capsule collection from the Puma x Pokémon collaboration, which includes RS-X Pikachu trainers and pick apparel, footwear, and accessories.
