PUBG Mobile celebrates 8th Anniversary with One Republic track, star-studded collabs, WOW DASH event, global festivals, and more

PUBG Mobile marks its 8th Anniversary with its biggest global celebration yet, bringing a solid mix of music collaborations, updates, and even real-world events. From new in-game content like WOW DASH event and Evolving Universe themed mode to diverse rewards and more, this anniversary version is now live in-game.

PUBG MOBILE’s 8th Anniversary brings music, collabs, and star-studded moments

The 8th anniversary is headlined by the official 2026 theme song, LEAN by none other than One Republic, everyone’s childhood favorite band. You can even obtain the track in-game. Alongside this, the game also brings collab with global stars like BamBam and MINNIE of i-dle.

With this collab of the team fan-favorite members of the k-pop group, you can also look forward to:

• A new exclusive single CARRY YOU on March 27 in-game.
• Exclusive themed items and cosmetics like signature hairstyles and customised gear.

And that’s not it as we’re also getting a special MrBeast collaboration where we’ll be able to watch his latest challenges and unlock exclusive rewards like themed hoodie and interactive in-game elements.

Alongside him, sports athletes like Richarlison and Juan Soto join the game as exclusive character skins, letting you play as these stars in matches. • A new themed mode called Evolving Universe, which changes the battleground with revamped environments, new mechanics, and progression-based features.
• The Classic Mode also gets solid improvements with key additions like M1 Garand weapon and Tracked Amphicarrier vehicle.

Besides these, you can also enjoy various anniversary rewards and in-game bonuses like RPA18 perks and Mythic Forge discounts. Plus, there are the exclusive items that you can get through the Card Collection system.

PUBG Mobile World of Wonder expansion and new WOW DASH event

The World of Wonder system also gets a big upgrade with a $10 million incentive program and new AI-powered tools for creators. Alongside this, there is also a new competitive event called WOW DASH, where you can:

• Collect Golden Ticket Fragments through in-game activities.
• Redeem the fragments for Golden Tickets to qualify.
• Take on WOW DASH Challenge and climb the WOW Map Rankings by earning points in designated WOW maps.
• Compete for $100,000 prize pool in the final challenge.

• 8EYOND THE CIRCLE, 8ATTLEGROUND FOR EVERY #1 festival in Surabaya, Indonesia from March 28 to 29 with Hall of Fame exploration, Experience Zones, 4v4 challenges, showcases, and performances by Juicy Luicy, Ndarboy Genk, Ananta Vinnie, and ANTINRML.
