For many of the fans, it is a dream to see the release of Call of Duty Mobile controller support. And guess what, just a few hours ago, Activision posted a note confirming the arrival of controller support in COD Mobile. Although it is a burning topic in the community since the release of the game, nothing was sure expected the information that the developers are testing it.
Earlier last month, Chris Plummer, the Mobile VP of Activision, said in an exclusive interview that they are testing the possibilities to bring it back to the game. However, it was a very nascent stage back then. But today when the official announcement came confirming the release of Call of Duty Mobile controller support, it surely made a large chunk of the fanbase happy and sad at the same time. And, right now, the team is just finalizing things before the release.
When the Call of Duty Mobile controller support will be arriving?
It is quite a tough thing to speculate as the development is still going on. However, the good news is that they have clearly mentioned that they are finalizing the development. Which means the development is almost complete and players might see the availability of the controller soon!
In case you do not know, controller support was there in the game during the beta phase of the game. However, the developers took it away in the global release of the game. What was the reason for this, none knows. But as it is coming back, this is certainly good news for the community. Please find the photo below which shows the settings of controller during the beta.
