Tencent Games, one of the world’s largest video game developer have come up with a new publishing division with an aim to deliver high-quality games to the global audience. On 7th December 2021, Tencent Games launched a new publishing brand called ‘Level Infinite’ based in Amsterdam and Singapore.
The company will be working with other developers and self-publishing studios to provide support as well as tech and product assistance. In the official press release here’s what Tencent Games global CEO, Michelle Liu said “Level Infinite’s launch represents the next stage in Tencent games’ evolution as a global publisher and trusted brand. We look forward to bringing gamers high-quality titles wherever and however they play.”
Level Infinite initial lineup of titles
Level Infinite is already working with four titles that have been released or announced and certain titles from self-publishing studios. Check out the details regarding the same below:
- Synced: Off Planet from NExT Studios for PCs
- Don’t Starve: Newhome from Shengqu Games for mobile platforms including iOS and Android
- Arena of Valor: from TiMi Studio Group for iOS and Android
- Unnamed Titles from Light Speed Quantum
Level Infinite supporting Self-publishing studio titles
- Vampire: The Masquerade- Bloodhunt from Sharkmob which will be coming in 2022 to PS5 and PC.
- Warhammer – the two Warhammer titles including Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and Warhammer: Vermintide 2 from Fatshark will also be launching next year to PC and Console.
- Conan Chop Chop – from Mighty Kingdom/Funcom for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
- GTFO- from 10 chambers is already available as an early access on Steam
- Metal: Hellsinger- from the Outsiders/Funcom coming next year to PC and Consoles
Tencent has been working on establishing this new publishing brand for many months which became evident when Tencent hired Zoran Roso as its new marketing director. Level Infinite will play a vital role in expanding the company’s reach to the global level and provide high-quality games.
