Solar Forge Games has announced the launch of their PvP tower defence title, Town Rush, which is now available on both Android and iOS. The devs describe it as the world’s first true PvP tower defense experience.

Tower Rush is a fresh PvP tower defense title set in a vibrant, magical world full of charming animal characters with an entertaining storyline. In this game, you play as a fallen heir, battling in real time against opponents on a shared battlefield to reclaim your lost kingdom.
The story begins with your throne being taken by your own brother, forcing you and your loyal followers to the edge of the land. With nowhere left to retreat, you must rally your troops of animal characters and defend your ground in a race to reclaim the land.
Town Rush also highlights some unique aspects that make it stand out from other tower defense games. The battlefield features two lanes, and combined with the shared map design, battles feel like a true head-to-head clash.

As he put it: “It’s the kind of game you can play in a spare moment, but also dive deeper into as you refine your tactics.”
Jake Muehle, Creative Director, added that fitting tower defense into quick 2 to 4-minute matches on a shared battlefield was a big risk, but it ultimately paid off. “What we ended up with in Tower Rush is fun, unique, and ultimately a much better game for all the hours we put into solving these one-of-a-kind challenges.”
