Here, the Gnomes, aka Dwarves, are forced slaves of Evil Snow White, who torments the Gnomes with slave work. Tired of the atrocities committed by evil Snow White, the gnomes start a rebellion against her. You play as the hero of the story who leads a band of Gnomes, and is striving to take down the Evil Snow White, and has a big mystery to solve.
