A new event has just been dropped for the popular MOBA title LOL:Wild Rift, followed by 5 new epic skins, all sharing the same theme: Dragonmancers. It is no surprise since the tease was already included in the latest Wild Rift Patch Preview 2.5. Players will get the chance to complete missions every day to earn XP points for unlocking milestone rewards in the event interface. But instead of fighting through the event alone, the Wild Rift team has given this event a twist. You will have to assign yourself to one of the 5 teams represented by the new skins and in the end the team who will get onto rank one will win this battle and get rewarded with a limited prize. So do not waste any time and come join the battle!
Wild Rift Way of the Dragonmancers event: Timeline
The event starts today from the 20th of October, 2021, and players will have time till the 8th of November, 2021 to complete missions and earn points. After that the overall Elemental team results will be shown from the 9th of November,2021 till the 15th of November, 2021, which will be the final day to collect any rewards left. With players starting to log in, the event´s official page will pop up and direct the players to the missions, rewards, and the current team placement. This is where players can find the missions and the affiliated event interface.
The event consists of three weeks with ten missions each week. Every mission will reward players with 10 Event XP and 100 Blue Motes. The missions have to be completed in order, and only 1 can be progressed at a time. Additionally, all missions for a given week must be completed before you move on to the next one. Therefore, before one dives into the older mission, they have to face the new missions before.
Claim your Dragon Soul in the event
Before you head on to start your first missions, all players have to join one of the Dragonmancers team, each having their own unique traits. Overall there are 5 Dragon-types: Lagoon, Zephyr, Storm, Eternal, and Fae. If you are unsure which team you want to join, do not worry. There is an additional option to take a test to see which traits of the dragons you resemble the most. After taking the test, you still have the option to choose whichever team you like more; the test only helps you if you feel unsure.
Moreover, you earn points for your team by completing missions and once per day when you tap the Boost My Team button in the event center. These points contribute to the overall rank of your team and the team with the most points at the end will win. The prize for the winners is a limited icon, 2 team boosts, and a one-week extension of their elemental spawn tag. Those from the losing teams will receive 2 team boosts, and their spawn tags will deactivate as soon the main event ends
