Who should you go for between Linnea, Chasca, Neffer, and Lauma in Genshin Impact Version 6.5 banners
The Genshin Impact banner, featuring Linnea, Chasca, Neffer, and Lauma in Version 6.5, makes it hard to decide who to pull. It depends on your team’s needs and your priorities for future content. Each character brings unique strengths to the table, but some offer more immediate and long-term value than others.
Here’s a breakdown to help you decide.
1. Linnea
Linnea is the newest 5-star Geo support Bow user in Genshin Impact. She is a DEF-scaling sub-DPS and a dedicated healer, specifically designed for Lunar-Crystallize teams. With her passive skills, she can reduce enemies 30% Geo res shred. She provides team-wide healing and also gives Element mastery buff based on her defense.

With her elemental skill, she can deal geo damage when she is not in the field and converts Hydro Crystallize into Lunar Crystallize. Her playstyle is similar to Escoffier’s. So, you should prepare for her ahead of time with our Linnea Pre-Farm Guide.
2. Chasca
Chasca is a 5-star Anemo main DPS Bow character in Genshin Impact. Her gameplay centers around her Elemental Skill, which features the Nightsoul mechanic, a signature trait shared by other characters from Natlan. This mechanic allows her to fly mid-air while also providing additional buffs to herself. She is an Anemo DPS, but her damage comes from multiple-element attacks.

You can use her as a Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, and Electro main DPS. Even if you don’t have proper support for her, she can still carry you in endgames if you only use multiple-element characters.
3. Neffer
Nefer is a 5-star Dendro main DPS catalyst user in Genshin Impact. She is a Lunar Bloom on-field main DPS; she deals AOE Dendro damage with her elemental burst and deals massive Lunar Bloom damage with her special charge attack. Nefer enters her special Shadow Dance state when you use her elemental skill, and she uses her special charge attack to unleash Lunar Bloom damage.
4. Lauma
Lauma is a 5-star Dendro Catalyst character in Genshin Impact. She is designed as the ultimate Bloom sub-DPS support, making Bloom teams much stronger and more consistent. Her kit revolves around Lunar Bloom and Verdant Dews, two new mechanics that give her unique ways to boost damage.

With her elemental skill, she summons a deer companion that constantly applies Dendro in an area while also shredding both Dendro and Hydro resistances, a rare and powerful effect. By holding her skill, she can consume Verdant Dews to unleash strong Lunar Bloom damage that scales with Elemental Mastery and can even crit, ignoring defense in the process.
Her elemental burst is equally impressive, granting stacks called Pale Hymns that function like damage boosts for all Bloom-related reactions. Each stack directly adds flat Bloom damage, making reactions like Hyperbloom and Burgeon hit significantly harder.
Should You Pull Chronicle Banner Characters
Should you pull Fontaine Chronicle banner characters? Honestly, yes. The Chronicle wish banner is coming back in Version 6.5. This time, the Fontaine Chronicle Wish Banner is featuring Emilie, Navia, Clorinde, Lyney, and Sigewinne. Five characters in total, and all are limited characters. In this banner, pulling Emilie, Navia, and Clorinde is the best choice. Here are the reasons why you should pull them:

Emilie
Emilie is a very good dendro sub DPS. Deals high dendro damage and increases burning team damage by several folds. If you have Kinich or want to use burgeon and burning, then she is a must-pull character.
Chlorinde
Chlorinde is an on-field Electro main DPS. At this moment, her damage is not that good compared to the present Electro DPS. She still deals very good damage in the Aggravate and Hyperbloom team. If you have Nahida, you can definitely go for her.
Navia
Navia is a 5-star Geo DPS. We can use her as an on-field DPS or off-field DPS, and that’s the biggest advantage of Navia. Plus, Linnea can unlock more potential of Navia. If you want a Geo DPS but don’t have Zibai, then you can go for Navia.
Who should you pull in Version 6.5 to make your team future-proof in Genshin Impact
Phase 1
Between the two, Chasca and Linnea are both future-proof characters. If you have Geo DPS, go for Linnea, but if you want a multi-element main DPS with low investment, pulling Chasca is a better option for your account.

Phase 2
Nefer and Lauma are both must-needed characters for each of them. Nefer loses 30 to 40% damage without Lauma, and Lauma’s best team needs Nefer. Either go for both of them or skip.
