Brawl Stars World Finals 2021: Regions, participant teams, prize pool, and more

The year final event will be held in Bucharest from November 26 to 28

Brawl Stars announced its year final event and the World Championship of the 2021 competitive season, the 2021 Brawl Stars World Finals, to be held in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament will start on November 26 and will end on the 28th. 16 teams across the globe will participate in the biggest event of Brawl Stars.

Qualified teams can compete either from their home country or on-site at the venue. The decision should be made by a team by the deadline of October 12. All staff on-site will be fully vaccinated and players and staff who wish to travel to Bucharest will be required to be fully vaccinated by a WHO recognized vaccine or Sputnik V. This is indeed a better option than the last year’s online event for World Finals 2020 where PSG Esports was the champion.

Regions and Slots

Teams will earn points through participation in their region’s MQs and MFs. These points will accumulate throughout the 8 seasons. Points accumulated throughout the 8 seasons count towards WF placement.

The Brawl Stars World Finals has 16 slots for teams from seven regions. The slot numbers differ in each region based on each region’s player density. 5 teams from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), 3 teams from Mainland China, 2 teams from North America & Latin America North (NA & LATAM N), 2 teams from Latin America South (LATAM S), 2 teams from East Asia, 1 team from Southeast and South Asia, Australia, & New Zealand (SEA & ANZ), and the rest 1 will be from Eastern Europe & Central Asia (EECA).
