Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL-ID) Season 9 is all set to start on February 18 and this time it is going to be an offline event. Last season, Onic ID managed to grab their second MPL title after defeating “King of the king” RRQ Hoshi after seven rounds of a thrilling game. This season will become a real challenge for Butsss and co. management to defend their throne or there may be a new champion in this season.
Teams have been preparing to compete with Onic who are the reign champions. Moreover, there are several teams that have dismantled, even dropped their players from MPL-ID Season 8, and moved to MDL ID Season 5. Wann and LJ from EVOS Legends will play from Evos Icon in MDL ID Season 5, while Ahmad and LeoMurphy from Alter Ego will also play in MDL ID Season 5 from Alter Ego X.
MPL-ID Season 9 to be held offline while following a strict health protocol
Previous seasons of MPL Indonesia could not be held at any venue due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since Season 6, the players were no longer playing on any stage.
Entering season 7 and season 8, the playoffs were finally held offline again as the final round was held in Bali, but the event was limited and not open to the public. However, this season will be different as the event will be held offline and all of the fans and supporters may support their favorite teams or players directly in the arena.
MPL ID Season 9 will be held in accordance with health protocols that have been provided by relevant agencies such as the Covid Task Force, the Police force, and so on.

Another surprise comes from MPL-ID as the tournament will be held offline, the match will also be available to watch in Cinema.
