PUBG Mobile is still far away from commencing its grand esports event of 2024. But the qualifiers, which are themselves big tournaments, are not sitting idle. As part of the roadmap, PUBG Mobile Rivals Cup (PMRC) 2024 Season 1 KR vs JP is going to start on the 8th of June 2024 with 16 teams from the respective countries. The event will feature a prize limited to a slot in the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024.
PMRC 2024 Season 1 KR vs JP: Schedule and Format
The event is very short in duration and will end after deciding on the team that will qualify for the PMWC 2024. However, a total of 12 matches will be played in two matchdays, 6 matches each day. After the two-day run, PUBG Mobile Rivals Cup (PMRC) 2024 Season 1 KR vs JP will close its veil on the 9th of June.

A total of 16 teams are going to participate in the event. Half of the teams are from Pro Series Korea while the other half are from the Japan League. The list of the teams is as follows:

Dplus KIA is the champion of the event
After fighting among the beasts, Dplus KIA ranked the top to become the champion. With a total of 124 points on their side, the team was followed by Miraen Sejong. However, winning the event has secured the team a place in the upcoming PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024.

The event is to feature the rivalry between two strong countries in the esports scene of PUBG Mobile. Also, one team will take pride in booking the slot to the most awaited event of PUBG Mobile Esports.
