Follow these steps if you want to contact the customer service team through the in-game option:
- First, launch the game on your mobile devices.
- Then, tap on the horizontal icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Here, you’ll find a variety of options, just tap on Settings or the cog wheel icon.
- Now, tap on Account among all the options.
- Here, select Customer Center.
- You’ll be redirected to the ABYSSDIA Help Center.
- You can check the FAQ section to see if there’s a solution to your issues in the Gameplay, Purchase Technical, or Account section.
- If not, just tap on the Headphone icon at the bottom right side.
- Now, select Inquiry.
- Here, select the Type of issue, and then provide your email, title, and a detailed description of your issue.
- Once done, simple tap on Submit.
How to Contact via the ABYSSDIA official website
If your issue is not solved after following the previous steps, your next option is to visit the official website. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have customer support service, so you can instead mail them at support_abyssdia@nhn.com.
