XSEED Games has announced their new casual supernatural life sim title, Moonlight Peaks, which is set to launch on both Android, PC, Switch and Switch 2 on July 7 in Americas. Developed by the Netherlands-based Little Chicken Game Company, there is no information available yet for iOS release.
Get ready to settle in a haunted cottage and run your own farm
Moonlight Peaks is a cozy supernatural life-sim set in a magical town filled with werewolves, witches, mermaids, and more. Here, you step into the shoes of a vampire who dreams differently, with the hope to prove your skeptical Count Dracula father a vampire can have compassion and do farming.
You move into the haunted cottage that you can fully customize while unlocking ancient powers and expanding your grimoire of spells. Along the way, you brew potions and slowly grow into your vampiric abilities. And I’ve to say, the idea of a vampire running a farm and raising magical livestock sounds bizarre but it has it’s own charm.
You can build relationships, shapeshift, study witchcraft, and more
The town is very vibrant, and you can build relationships with the townsfolk to uncover it’s history and secrets of the seven families. That said, there’s even two dozen romantic options, so good luck finding your true love. But I’m more intrigued about shapeshifting and studying witchcraft than chasing romance.
Beyond farming, you can also fish, forage, craft potions, and enjoy leisurely activities like embroidering, flower arranging. Overall, the game looks very promising with it’s cartoony visuals, gothic artstyle, cute characters, and more. Oh, I’m sure it’ll be fun to collect cards for the town’s favorite game, Nokturna, and challenge the townsfolk.
Moonlight Peaks is set to launch on both Android, PC, Switch and Switch 2 on July 7, 2026 in Americas. The game is yet to be listed on the Google Play Store, so stay tuned for more updates and check the official website.
