Players can directly go to the official help website of Archero 2 and access the customer service option from there. Adhere to the steps below to do so:

  • Tap on the three-line bar located at the upper left corner of the game screen.
  • A drop-down list, with three navigable options, namely, Settings, Mail, and Watch Video, will appear on your screen. Navigate to Settings from there.
  • From under the Settings menu, hit the Support button, highlighted in blue.

  • This would take you to the in-game Support page, where the developers have pre-addressed some frequently asked issues, about Saving progress, Purchases, and Connectivity. Navigate to the category that best describes your issue, to see all the queries listed under that category.
  • Tap on the particular query to view the answer/fix for it. It is likely, that you will come across your exact issue out there.

Raising a Ticket

If your issue persists or is something that has not been addressed under the three sections of the FAQ, you need to raise a support ticket. Adhere to the steps below to do so:

  • While still on the Support page, navigate to the fourth category labeled “Contact Us“. This will take you to the ticket-raising page where the following inputs will be asked for:
    • A detailed description of your issue.
    • Your email address.

  • Once you have provided both inputs, the Submit button will be enabled. Tap on the “Submit” button to successfully raise the ticket. The developer team will get in touch with you at the email address provided, within 48-72 hours. You may do additional follow-ups in the same mail chain if required.

How to contact the Developer team directly

You can mail the Developer team directly here. Another approach could be to reach out to the developers at Habby directly, via their social media handles. You can even reach out to the team at the Official Facebook ID of Archero 2. You should then do a follow-up on their Discord Server, where tons of passionate fans are there to help users resolve their queries.
