This character tier list will be aimed towards helping new players venturing into the game have the best characters in their team. To simplify things even further, we will divide the characters into 4 different tiers, namely Strong (S), Good (A), Average (B), and Bad (C).

Compared to other DPS options, she’s more consistent and easier to build, making her a must-have for both beginners and veterans. Pairing her with Zero and Ninsar creates an unstoppable team that dominates both mobs and bosses.

Her ability to keep your team alive while still contributing damage makes her an S-tier staple. If you’re running Li Chi + Zero, adding Logos completes the best team composition currently available.

Reliable Free Healer – Azi

Azi is the best free healer in the game, obtained early through summons. She provides consistent healing and has great synergy with Florence. While she’s outclassed by Logos, she’s still a fantastic F2P option for players who don’t have access to premium healers.

Best Team Compositions in Black Beacon

Li Chi + Zero + Logos (Ultimate damage and Sustain)

For those lucky enough to pull Li Chi, this team maximizes his amazing damage potential. Li Chi thrives on a high-risk, high-reward playstyle—his crit rate skyrockets as his HP drops, and his lightning damage scales with his max HP. However, this self-sacrificial mechanic means he needs a reliable healer.

Logos is the ideal choice here, as she not only keeps him alive but also contributes damage-over-time effects. If you don’t have Logos, Azi steps in as a solid substitute, though she lacks the extra offensive utility. To push Li Chi’s damage even further, Zero’s 20% team-wide ATK buff is invaluable. This trio turns Li Chi into an unstoppable force, especially in boss fights where his single-target damage shines.

Florence + Zero + Ninsar (Unkillable AoE burn team)

If you pulled Florence instead of Li Chi, you’re still in great hands—she’s the second-best DPS in the game and specializes in burning enemies with wide AoE attacks. To get the most out of her, pair her with Zero for that essential ATK buff. If Zero isn’t available, Azi makes a decent alternative by debuffing enemies to amplify Florence’s damage.

For survivability, Ninsar’s shields are the perfect fit, allowing Florence to focus on dealing damage without worrying about incoming attacks. Alternatively, Logos can slot in for healing while adding even more damage-over-time effects to complement Florence’s burns. This team excels in wave-based content, where Florence’s AoE attacks can melt groups of enemies effortlessly.

Ninsar + Azi + Zero (Strong F2P-friendly setup)

If you’re just starting and working with mostly 4-star characters, this team is your best bet for early-game success. Azi serves as the backbone of the squad, functioning as both a healer and a buffer. Her healing output is surprisingly strong, even surpassing Logos in raw numbers, making her an excellent sustain option.

Meanwhile, Zero acts as your primary damage dealer in the early stages. While she isn’t the most powerful DPS in the game, her damage is respectable, especially when amplified by Azi’s buffs. Rounding out the team is Ninsar, who provides crucial shields to keep everyone alive.

What makes her particularly interesting is her late-game potential—with the right investment, she can transition from a pure tank into a devastating burst DPS. The elemental variety in this team also helps cover different enemy weaknesses, making it a well-rounded choice for new players.
