Boom Beach Frontlines is a 9v9 real-time strategy game. Capturing secure points with the help of your teammates and defeating enemies in the process is the winning condition here. In Boom Beach Frontlines, players can squad up with others before matchmaking to planning out strategies and roles for one another in the match.
How to add friends to a squad in Boom Beach Frontlines
To add players to the friend list players can either tap on the “+” icon on a player’s name on the scoreboard which will send the receiver to either accept or reject your friend request.
Another method to add players to your friend list is via Player ID, click on the icon indicated by a person on the bottom right of the screen where players can find their own Player ID and add other players through their IDs.
Lastly, players can play with others using the share invite button this will generate a link that players may copy and send this link via email or any other social media platform.
How to join a squad in Boom Beach Frontlines
There are mainly two ways a player may join a squad:
1. Joining through the “invite to squad” option
Go to the home screen and tap on the friend’s list (represented by a person) on the bottom right of the screen.
Then go to the squad tab, the squad tab represents the currently online player in the friend’s list. The “invite to squad” button is used to make a squad by a player when they are not in one.
2. Joining another player’s squad
To join a squad a player needs an invite from another player to squad up with them.
When in a squad a player can invite others from their friend list to join their squad.
Note: A squad can have up to three players at max.
How to leave your squad in Boom Beach Frontlines
To leave a squad, you can simply go to the squad tab, then click on the leave squad button.
