April 2024 marks the arrival of a new season in Clash of Clans, bringing along a series of monthly events for players to engage with. Challenges play a crucial role in these events, adding an extra layer of excitement to the gaming experience. As the Clash of Clans season kicks off, the first Season Challenge, Golden Sand, and 3-Starry Nights has been introduced. To assist players in overcoming this challenge with ease, I have crafted a comprehensive guide outlining effective strategies for conquering enemy bases.
Introducing the Golden Sand and 3-Starry Nights Challenge in Clash of Clans
As tricky as the name Golden Sand and 3-Starry Nights Challenge sounds, the base is also having some Easter Eggs to beat. The base looks fairly easy, but the trick in this would be the use of Queen’s Giant Arrow ability to the maximum effect.
Jumping to the gift side, the reward structure remains consistent with previous challenges, with the team being on the lazier side of the distribution. Along with the extra resources that are provided, players can gain 400 XP, 25 Gems, and 1x Resource Potion.
How to beat the Golden Sand and 3-Starry Nights Challenge in Clash of Clans
As I mentioned earlier, the main aspect of this challenge is to use the Archer Queen’s ability at the right place and at the right time. Keep your Grand Warden set to ground itself. You can start the attack on the left or right side of the base, near either of the Elixir collectors. I started by positioning your Queen precisely between two different shades of tiles on the edge of the base on the right. If you zoom in, you’ll see the distinction.
As soon as you place here, activate her single ability before she moves forward. This sets off the chain reaction thanks to the giant arrow movement, and you will land in the middle of the base with heavy damage, destroying the Air Defense and Archer Tower, while also dealing damage to other troops around. Next up, your Ice Golem shields the Queen, and the Warden joins the fray.
Once the Tesla towers pop up thanks to your pet L.A.S.S.I, activate the Warden Fireball ability to clear them Inferno and Air Defense out. There is one more Inferno Tower on the left, use a skeleton spell to distract it, as well as the Clan Castle troops that should’ve been triggered by now. Don’t forget to cloak the Grand Warden and Queen with an invisibility spell to assist in tackling the Clan Castle and single Target Inferno.
After that initial setup, the challenge becomes much simpler. When the Queen targets the Eagle Artillery, unleash your Super Dragons, Head Hunters, Inferno Dragons, Balloons, and Royal Champion from the bottom. Hold onto the Royal Champion’s ability, and use the invisibility spell strategically to keep your troops safe from the single Target Infernos.
As your Royal Champion engages with enemy heroes and closes up next to the Town Hall, activate her ability. Then focus on taking down the rest of the base. You’ll have plenty of firepower left to clear the remaining structures for a triumphant three-star victory.
