Delta Force allows you to engage in nerve-wracking gunfights in various circumstances using best-in-class equipment and weapons. This game offers multiple modes where you can get the experience of ultimate co-op adventure. If you are new to the game and want to progress as early as possible, then you should check out our CD Key Code article to grab some free items that can give you a headstart.

Delta Force Gameplay Basics

At the start of the game, Delta Force provides a generic First-person shooter experience. You enter the waiting lobby to select game mode and characters. Currently, Delta Force has two permanent main game modes: Operations and Warfare. You can set your preferred mode in the settings menu. Now let’s talk about these two game modes in detail.

Delta Force has many items and options which are making it one of the most sought-after mobile games. Options like loadouts, shop, operators, and armory always keep players engaged. Also, the depth and optimization of the two primary game modes are praiseworthy. Unlike other games, you can engage yourself in proper, full-fledged 32v32 battles, whereas, other games only provide you a 5v5 or 8v8 scenario.

Warfare Mode

The Warfare mode is more like a battlefield-type mode where two teams of 32 players fight against each other to come victorious. The primary objective of this mode is to capture one or multiple locations on the map in a limited period. You can use infantry, combat vehicles like tanks, helicopters, and ATVs, and other tactical gear. Warfare mode has two sub-modes:

  • Attack and Defend: Here, attackers have a limited number of respawns to capture certain locations on the map, while defenders have infinite respawns and their main objective is holding the line.
  • King of the Hill: In this mode, teams fight to take control over a single rotating point on the map. Since the objective is simple and single, hence this mode is more chaotic.

Warfare also has a Battle Practice mode where you can form a squad with AI-operated characters to experience the battle simulations and improve your skills.

Operations mode

In this mode, you can play against both real players and environment elements. This is an extraction-based gameplay like the story-mode games. Here, you form a team of three and drop into the designated map to gather loot, complete tasks, and extract by going to a marked location with multiple flares.

It has one main sub-mode named Hazard Operations, where you drop into the map and scavenge valuable items and resources, fight with environment elements and real players simultaneously, and extract safely. Remember that you will lose your gears once you die in this mode. Operations mode is more tactical and slow-paced in comparison to Warfare mode.

Black Site brings first-of-its-kind features in a mobile game

The Black Site is the center of your base. Here, you can store your gathered loot, customize weapons, and upgrade your weapons. Before going into any operation, you will be dropped into the Black Site section to prepare your inventory. It includes taking the ammunition, packing of medicine, etc.

Black Site is divided into two different sections: Upgrade and Produce. These two sections have several sub-categories. Remember that one sub-category can come under both sections. We will be discussing them in brief:

  • Pharmacy: You can level up the Pharmacy to produce premium meds, repair kits, and syringes.
  • Central Command HQ: Level up the Central Command HQ to enhance Operation EXP bonuses and increase the pending order slots at the Auction House.
  • Firing Range: Level up the Firing Range tab to increase the Max Load.
  • Stash: Leveling up Stash increases the Stash capacity of your operator and they receive expansion slots.

  • Workbench: You can use Workbench and level it up to produce premium ammunition which deals more damage.
  • Cyber Warfare Division: Cyber Warfare Division can be used to produce premium firearms and attachments.
  • Combat Skills Development Center: The CSD is responsible for the increment of the operator’s Max Stamina, Max Stamina recovery speed, and movement speed when downed.
  • Armor Bench: You can level up the Armor Bench to produce premium helmets, ballistic vests, chest rigs, and backpacks with higher capacity.

Delta Force offers full Weapon Customization

Multiple different class weapons in Delta Force offer us a diverse gameplay experience. We can even upgrade and customize the weapons in the Black Site. There are many attachment options to choose from for all the weapons.

To be exact, there are a total of Nine attachment slots available for each firearm. After seeing these attachments, I can say that you will not be having any attachment issues while playing Delta Force. Jokes apart, these weapon attachments combined with other items and equipment will surely give you a great gameplay experience.

List of Operators Classes

Delta Force offers us several playable in-game characters with different traits and attributes. These characters are called Operators. Each operator belongs to a specified class. Each operator possesses unique tactical gear, gadgets, and utilities. The four available positions or classes are:

  • Assault
  • Recon
  • Support
  • Engineer

Each member of your team should select different kinds of operators to get an upper hand in the battles.

Different Maps opens up various gameplay scenarios

Currently, Delta Force has a total of four maps. Those are: Dam, Forest, Space City, and Brakkesh. Each map provides us different game style and pace. Dam provides us a compact urban gameplay with many congested areas.

Forest gives us an open, medium-paced gameplay with lots of bridges and trenches. Space City is a modern community building where every corner can give you a not-so-pleasant experience. Finally, the Brakkesh is a mini township where you can find yourself in a market with many narrow lanes.

Black Hawk Down campaign mode

In the mode selection section, we can see that a locked tab named Black Hawk Down is present. In this mode, we will play against environment elements to progress through the different chapters. This mode uses Unreal Engine 5 for enhanced visuals so I am expecting that this mode will surely be a standout feature. It is rumored that this campaign mode will have multiple engaging chapters such as Escort the Convoy, Night Ops, Last Stand, etc. You can play this campaign in Solo or Squad mode.

Delta Force Beginners Guide: Tips and Tricks

1. Upgrade your operator’s Equipment and enjoy the Perks

In the beginning, you should always focus on upgrading the in-game operator’s weapons, equipment, and wearables. You can do these things in the Black Site section. The skills and traits of your operator will get better once you start upgrading the relevant items. Also, do not forget to select the right character which will balance your team.

2. Master the basics of Loadouts

Keep the fact in mind that loadouts reset each match, so you can experiment with weapons freely. Always try to carry something simple and easy to use at the start. Once you master that weapon, go for other complex weapons.

In the Operations mode, when you die in a match you will lose everything of your gear that is not in the Safe Box. So it will be great if you stick to cheap, low-tier gears at the start to avoid big losses.

3. Play smartly for an easy win

In the Warfare mode, you should always stick to your team and focus on objectives like capturing and defending locations. Since the respawns are limited, and if you lose them cheaply then it will only create pressure on your team. As the Operations mode is extraction-based, hence you should emphasize stealth and patience. Wait for that perfect moment to pull the trigger. Remember that kills are not important in this mode.

Final Thoughts

After just playing the game for almost a week, I can clearly say that it will surely succeed in the future if the developers put in effort consistently. Features like Black Site and unique game modes distinguish Delta Force from other FPS games.

Players are already liking this game, and their liking will only increase once they add more weapons, operators, and the much-awaited campaign mode. At first, this game may feel quite complex, but if you follow this Delta Force Beginners Guide thoroughly, you will surely understand its mechanics and have a smooth and pleasant experience with it.
