eFootball 2026 CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 vol.1 pack review

Worth spinning?

More Show Time picks have arrived, and this time, it is themed after the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 campaign, now live in eFootball 2026. I will turn my head to vol. 1 of the pack now, featuring ST cards of Alex Iwobi, Brahim Díaz, and Omar Marmoush.

Players in the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 vol.1 pack in eFootball 2026

The odds of pulling a Show Time from this pack are the best you can get, with three ST cards in a 75-player pack

Alex Iwobi

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
  • Show Time Skills: Acceleration Burst and Game-Changing Pass

On first look, Iwobi feels like one of those cards you pick because he looks fun, not because he looks “meta“. A lot of players will probably brush him off as a lightweight creator who won’t survive physical defenders. But that isn’t the full picture.

The closer you look, the better the card starts to make sense. The dribbling numbers are extremely high, the passing is smooth, and the balance between acceleration and ball control feels very natural. Add the two Show Time skills, and you suddenly have a fantastic creator card.

So how does he play? Surprisingly well. His dribbling is silky, even under pressure, and he can turn sharply. Definitely needs the First Time Shot and Long Range Shooting skills because the guy can shoot and finish.

Brahim Díaz

  • Position: RMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player
  • Show Time Skills: Momentum Dribbling

I love the “dribbler’s delight” (as I would like to call them) cards, and Brahim straight up fits into that scene. His card gives a very clear message the moment you see it: dribbling is his entire identity. But for sure, his other aspects are amazing too.

Similar numbers to Iwobi if you build him accordingly, without the better physicals, of course, Diaz is absolutely superb in the attacking third, really quick on his feet and movements with the ST skill helping him. Passing is also a strong aspect, and getting the necessary skills.

Reliable finishing is also a plus, and since he can shoot with both his feet, and with a little progression, points dished out, you can extract even better.

Omar Marmoush

  • Position: CF
  • Playing Style: Goal Poacher
  • Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Finishing

I think I would term Marmoush being that “chaos in the box“. For a striker, he is fast, explosive, and always one sharp movement away from a goal. I kind of compare this guy with Rummenigge, apart from the heading, with all the numbers I see on him.

The first thing that jumps out is that pure attacking profile. Over 90 in the key striker attributes, speed and acceleration in the high 90s, and the shooting numbers and skills, almost everything a striker needs, means he is going to be good even without you trying.

He isn’t a dribbling-heavy striker, but he isn’t clunky either. Dribbles are decent, although ball shielding might not be as good as you expect. The weak foot isn’t the best either, but he still manages effective shots because his balance and ST skill might put those shots in.

Should you spin for CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 vol.1 in eFootball 2026

If you are saving some coins to test out the bigger guns in the Epic packs, I always suggest spinning for such packs, which are really strong picks even though not endgame, and come with handy Show Time skills. All three picks are excellent, but Iwobi might be a game-changer.

Pack Rating: 3 out of 5
