The flow of Epic packs in eFootball 2026 doesn’t seem to slow down, and this time, KONAMI has turned its spotlight towards some Iconic National Attackers. These cards have been popular in the game before, where they have managed to put up some effective gameplay to torment the defenders. Some of these players are now coming with a Playstyle Change, which will significantly impact their gameplay style.
The lineup features Zico, Diego Forlán, and Marco Reus all getting different positions, skills, and playstyles. The German International Marco Reus has returned to the game a year earlier, along with a double-skilled Show Time Player Skill Zico. Let’s take a closer look at what each of them brings to the pitch.
eFootball 2026 Epic National Attackers
Zico
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
- Show Time Skill: Momentum Dribbling and Blitz Curler
This version of Zico seems like the best version of him released to date; his card has been effectively filled with great Show Time skills. His dribbling feels now a notch better, which was already good previously. Easily, he can slot in as one of the best AMFs in the game.

The Blitz Curler feels greatly effective as he can produce some sharp curls, bending into the net from the top. This feels like a much-needed skill in the current meta, as Creative Playmaker AMFs can find ways to score some belters from out of the box.
These Creative Playmakers can also feature in some popular Link-up formations as well. His strong weak-foot accuracy also makes his finishing ability great. It took several spins to pick him up in my Alt account, and he seems to join the elite group of great AMFs in the game, the likes of Messi, Sneijder, Uli Hoeneß, etc.
Diego Forlán
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skill: Phenomenal Finishing
Forlán has already made his appearance on the Legends Assemble Epic Cards Selection this year, where fans were able to claim him through a Selection Contract for free. The Forlán from this particular draw definitely seems an upgrade, but it is still far from investing some actual extra coins in the game.
The new Phenomenal Finishing Show Time skill was not there in the Legends version, along with better stats on the Kicking Power. Although Forlán’s Kicking Power and Finishing were never in question in the earlier version, this skill takes it to a better level.

Things that have improved in stats are his close dribbling and balance, which make him feel seamless in tight spaces. His physicality is just a bit underwhelming (similar to the Epic Legends card), so putting some extra Points in Physical Contact won’t be too bad. But this should not be a downside if you want to pick him up.
He is one of the best finishers in the game, but this card version is not a meta-standout. In a situation where Forlán could have gotten two Show Time skills instead of one, I would have recommended him hands-down. Players who do not have a great striker, Forlan is worth a pick-up. But such a situation seems unlikely, as there are already a plethora of good strikers in the game, which can be obtained for free, as well, recently.
Marco Reus
- Position: LMF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skill: Phenomenal Finishing and Acceleration Burst
With the addition of a new Phenomenal Finishing Show Time skill in the Marco Reus, it seems like a decent upgrade who can finish the goal chances. With the new advent of LMF, RMF formations with Link-up Play, Reus can be useful in these situations.

The card is a decent addition to the Epic LMFs in the game, but it falls short of the likes of Hazard, Nedved, etc. The stats are underwhelming in terms of Speed or Finishing, although the skill set of Phenomenal Finishing and Acceleration Burst brings a lot of quality to the new Reus card.
To sum it up eventually, I think German and Reus fans can definitely pick it up, as it can be the best version of Reus that will be available in the game for quite some time, but will still fall short of the best wide LMFs or wingers in the game.
Verdict on the eFootball 2026 Epic National Attackers
This National Attackers pack delivers strongly, especially the Creative Playmaker Zico, which feels like an end-game card for sure. Forlán and Reus are good cards too, and each card brings something different to the table, and it’s easy to see all three being usable starters depending on your playstyle.
Overall, the pack’s value really depends on your squad’s needs for an AMF and CF. Not a fan of the featured options in this, and if you are looking for great Creative Playmaker AMF and a good Goal Poacher CF, the likes of Zico and Forlán are someone I suggest.
Pack Rating: 3.5 out of 5
