Fortnite is currently celebrating its sixth anniversary since its release. Epic Games has launched an exclusive birthday special event which started on September 19 and will go on till September 26, 2023. They have added various event-specific quests along with special birthday items which are only exclusive to this event itself. A few of those items are the Birthday Cake and Birthday Presents and here’s how players can locate them in Fortnite.
Where to find the Birthday Cake in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4
The Birthday Cake can be found on every POI of the battle royale map of the new season. It has fifteen different names and locations which means players will be able to get a slice of the Birthday Cake in all of these places.
Players will be able to eat the slices which surround the Birthday Cake at its location. Each slice rewards the players with 10 HP and 10 Shield. But if the player’s heath is at maximum, they won’t be able to consume the slice and unlike the Pizza Party item, the Birthday Cake slice can’t be stored in the player’s inventory for them to consume later.
Where to find Birthday Presents in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4
Birthday Presents are comparatively harder to come across than the Birthday Cake in Fortnite. This is because they don’t have a specific location of spawning like the Birthday Cake and can be found anywhere such as in floor loot or inside chests. It is a Legendary rarity item and that’s why they can’t be found as often as lower rarity items.
Once found players will need to select it from its inventory slot and throw it on the ground which will cause a giant gift-wrapped present to appear in front of them. They will need to break it open using a pickaxe to get their hands on what’s inside. As it is quite a rare item to come across, players might find game-changing content inside it.
