These include locations such as Lavish Lair, Grand Glacier, Fencing Fields, and so on. At these places, you will have the most chances of finding the Anvil Launcher in both rare and regular chests. You can also take it from players you’ve defeated if they were already carrying it.
One method does guarantee the acquirement of the Anvil Launcher and that is buying it from the Mecha Team Shadow for 250 Gold Bars.
