In this update, Holiday Presents can be opened for various cosmetic rewards but apart from that, there’s also a quest that requires players to open and throw them at three different named locations to earn more rewards and experience points.
These presents are particularly very rare to find and players might not come across them in one match at all, so they need to be patient and wait to come across the Holiday Presents naturally with time.
How to throw Holiday Presents at different locations in Winterfest 2022
Holiday Presents throwables are a recurring item that comes back with every Winterfest each year and this year is no different. They are one of the rarest items one can look for on the whole map and also reward the players with a lot of items. As it is very rare players should look for them at places with the highest amount of loot pool, but that doesn’t mean that they should overlook places with less loot if they go by it as one can never be sure enough.
Once the player has successfully located a Holiday Present near a large POI or at it, all they need to do is throw it down at that location on the ground. They need to repeat this same process two more times and they will complete the quest in question and earn experience. Sergeant Winter can also be seen roaming around the map on his truck and occasionally throws down presents too so players can keep a lookout for him too.
