Fortnite x Terminator collab: Tips to get the T-800 Terminator skin in the game

Fortnite is known for its famous collaborations with its fanbase. Epic Games has already collaborated with the hit franchise in early 2021 and players saw the addition of Sarah Connor back then in the game. Now the developers are ready to collaborate with the popular movie series yet again and this time around players will be able to get their hands on the skin of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s famous T-800 Terminator character. Here’s how players can acquire it.

How to get the T-800 Terminator in Fortnite

Players who want to get their hands on the Terminator outfit will need to head to the Fortnite Item Shop. A bundle is also made live along with the skin which contains Terminator-themed cosmetics and emotes which are a part of this collaboration. Players will need to scroll a little in the shop to come across the skin as it is not featured at the top of the shop. It is a part of Future War set which contains the T-800 and Sarah Connor skins both.

The T-800 Terminator skin alone will cost the players 1500 V-Bucks and they will also get a back bling along with it. They can also opt to buy the Terminator bundle which will cost 2300 V-Bucks and will save the players around 1000 V-Bucks which would be otherwise needed if they bought all the items in the bundle separately.

What does the Terminator Bundle contain in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 WILDS

If players choose to buy the whole Terminator bundle, they will get several items along with the Terminator skin which is the main attraction. They will get all of it for just 2300 V-Bucks so here’s everything they will get inside it.

1. Terminator Skin

The main selling point of the whole bundle is the iconic T-800 character of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Terminator franchise. The style of the skin seems in sync with the Terminator 2: Judgment Day version of the character. It also comes with a damaged look in which the metallic skeleton of the character is revealed. Players also have the option to take their sunglasses off.

2. Skynet Llama Back Bling

Players can get their hands on this back bling by buying the whole Terminator bundle or just the Terminator skin separately. Either way, they will be able to acquire it without paying anything extra. The Llama is an iconic animal of the Fortnite brand and it can be found in a metallic Terminator theme for this crossover which seems to be built by the menacing Skynet.

3. Mimetic Poly-Alloy Blades Pickaxe

This pickaxe is a callback to Terminator 2 where it was used by T-1000 which was developed by Skynet and was defeated by T-800 along with the help of Sarah and John Connor. If players want to buy this pickaxe separately, they will need to pay 500 V-Bucks.

4. HK-Aerial Glider

The HK-Aerials are used by Skynet to patrol the skies in the future. Even though they manufacture evil Terminators and have set off the world’s supply of nuclear weapons, these drones help them in ruling the future a lot. These HK-Aerials are introduced in Fortnite as gliders that can be used by players to glide down on the island while wearing their Terminator skin. This glider can be bought separately for 800 V-Bucks.

5. Tow Truck Surfer Emote

This a traversal emote which can be used by players to travel around the map. While using this emote, the iconic Terminator theme music starts playing and also a tiny version of Peely can be seen in the driver seat of the truck. Players can buy this emote separately for a price of 500 V-Bucks.

The Terminator skin and bundle were introduced in the Item Shop of Fortnite on July 30, 2023. Even though there is no fixed date as to when they will be removed from the shop, every new skin or bundle stays in the shop for a couple of weeks before it gets removed. So players who want to get their hands on the Terminator skin or bundle in Fortnite should not waste any time and acquire it as fast as possible.
