Follow these steps if you want to contact the customer service team through the in-game option:

  • First, launch the game on your mobile device.
  • Next, tap on the small head-shaped icon with a headphone for in-game customer support.
  • Then, fill in the required details, including your UID, the time the issue occurred, and a brief description of the problem.

  • If you’ve any relevant screenshots, make sure to attach them too.
  • Lastly, give your Device Info.
  • Click Submit, and you’re all set.

If your issue is not solved after following the previous steps, your next option is to visit their official website, but it doesn’t provide customer support there. So, you can instead visit FunPlus’ official website, scroll down, and tap on Customer Support there, or just email the app support.

If you are still facing issues and want to contact the developer team directly,  you can do so by reaching out to the game’s official social media channels. You can try to contact them via the official X (formerly Twitter) accountFacebook, or join their Discord Server for more support and assistance.
