“Fantastical Evening Star” Layla is a 4* sword-wielding cryo character to be released in the second half of Genshin Impact Version 3.2 Update. She is the first cryo character from Sumeru. She will be available as a rate-up 4* character on the rerun banners of “Childe” Tartaglia and “Astute Amusement” Yae Miko. Luckily, unlike some other new characters, all of Layla’s upgrade materials are farmable before her release. She is the first new character in a long while to use Scrolls as upgrade materials.
