Star-Seeker’s Sojourn Event is a new event added in the second half of the 3.1 updates in Genshin Impact. In this event, players will assist a girl named Banu in searching for Future Stars in an Exploration-type of event. Successfully discovering the Stars will reward players with Primogems, Hero Wits, Mora, and more. The event starts on the 21st of October 2022 and will end on the 31st of October 2022.
How to unlock and complete the Star-Seeker’s Sojourn Event in Genshin Impact
To unlock this event, players must be of Adventurer Rank 30 or above and should have completed the Archon Quest of Chapter 3: Act 1. Players that have yet to reach that part of the story can also start the event with a Quick Start option located on the bottom-left of the window.
The objective of this Event is to collect Future Stars scattered all over Sumeru. There are a total of 7 stars that will be available for unlocking in the span of six days from the initial event start day. These Stars can be tracked by a special limited Gadget that highlights the general direction of the concealed star.

Players will need to use the gadget Banu’s wisdom to track down the various Future Stars scattered in the area. The closer the Gadget comes to the Star, the ray emitting from the Gadget decreases and concentrates into a smaller form. Once the location of the Future Stars is discovered, players will need to solve the puzzle in order to obtain the Star. Successfully obtaining the star will unlock the rewards for that specific tier.
