“Fleeing Sunlight” Klee is an event-exclusive catalyst-wielding Pyro 5* character. She was one of the most popular characters during the launch of Genshin Impact. Klee is having another rerun after about a year, and this article will go over the pull value of her constellations in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact: Klee and her constellations
Constellation Level | Description |
---|---|
C1 | Chained Reactions Attacks and Skills have a certain chance to summon sparks that bombard opponents, dealing DMG equal to 120% of Sparks ‘n’ Splash’s DMG. |
C2 | Explosive Frags Being hit by Jumpy Dumpty’s mines decreases opponents’ DEF by 23% for 10s. |
C3 | Exquisite Compound Increases the Level of Jumpy Dumpty by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15. |
C4 | Sparkly Explosion If Klee leaves the field during the duration of Sparks ‘n’ Splash, her departure triggers an explosion that deals 555% of her ATK as AoE Pyro DMG. |
C5 | Nova Burst Increases the Level of Sparks ‘n’ Splash by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15. |
C6 | Blazing Delight While under the effects of Sparks ‘n’ Splash, Klee will regenerate 3 Energy for all members of the party (excluding Klee) every 3s. When Sparks ‘n’ Splash is used, all party members will gain a 10% Pyro DMG Bonus for 25s. |
Genshin Impact Klee guide: Breakdown of Klee’s constellations
C1: Chained Reactions
This can be a DPS gain or loss depending on the team. If she is being used as a Vaporise hyper carry with Xinqiu, it can steal reactions and cause inconsistencies. This issue is alleviated with Xinqiu’s C6. In a Mono Pyro team, this constellation is a straight-up DMG gain.
C2: Explosive Frags
DEF shred is one of the rarest support abilities in Genshin Impact. This constellation is useful in every team she is used to.
C3: Exquisite Compound
Since her skill creates a lot of mines, this constellation is a pretty decent DMG increase.
C4: Sparkly Explosion
This constellation is also pretty great. It allows Klee to do a respectable nuke by switching her out after using her burst. She can be switched out immediately after the burst, or right before its duration expires.
C5: Nova Burst
In conjunction with C1 and C2, this constellation is also a pretty decent DMG increase.
C6: Blazing Delight
This constellation is not useless by any means, but it is her least useful constellation. The 10% Pyro DMG bonus is minuscule in the grand scheme, and the energy restoration is flat energy which is unaffected by ER%.
Final Thoughts
Klee does not need constellations to be good, but some of her constellations are nice to have. Please note: this advice is for whales or dolphins only. For free-to-plays, her constellations are completely unnecessary, while C2 is the best stopping point. For dolphins or whales, C1, C2, and C4 are her best constellations. C6 is not very impactful and only ultra whales should go for it just for the sake of completionism.
