It is a bird-like Pokémon with blue feathers and as a Shadow Raid boss, it is one of the strongest opponents out there to fight against. Shadow Articuno in Pokémon Go

Shados Articuno is a dual-type Ice and Flying Pokémon which has a maximum CP of 3450. It is vulnerable to Electric, Fire, Steel, and Rock-type attacks. It also has 2x weakness towards Rock-type attacks. As it is a Shadow Raid Boss, it is extremely difficult to defeat it and players will need the best counters with the perfect movesets along with powered-up Pokémon and Purified Gems.
