Held items in Pokemon Unite: Overview
Held items are key to helping one achieve victory in the Unite Battles. Understanding what each held item does and which ones work best with the Pokémon of your choice will give players the extra edge they need. Every Pokémon can use Three held items. As held items are permanent, players don’t have to buy them again and again. Held items can be upgraded to level 30 using Item Enhancers or Super Item Enhancers. There are 4 types of item categories. These are Attack, Defence, Score, and others. Every held item has its own Main and Sub stat. Let us check these items out.

Score Items

1. Score Shield
Score Shield gives a flat HP bonus to the Pokémon, granting a shield equal to 5% of Pokémons Max HP while scoring the goal. While in the shield, the Pokémon can’t be interrupted. A shield has a 6-second cooldown after scoring a goal.
2. Aeos Cookie
Aeos Cookie gives a flat HP bonus to the Pokémon. When the Pokémon scores a goal, its Health is increased for the rest of the match. The cap is at 6 stacks.
3. Attack Weight
Attack Weight gives an Attack bonus to the Pokémon. When the Pokémon scores a goal, its attack is increased for the rest of the match. It caps at 6 stacks.
4. Sp Atk Specs
When the Pokémon scores a goal, it’s Sp. Atk is increased for the rest of the match. It caps at 6 stacks.
Attack Items

1. Scope Lens
It increases the damage of basic-attack critical hits. The higher the Pokémon’s Attack, the more the damage is increased. It has a 1-second cooldown.
- Critical-Hit Rate: +6%
- Critical-Hit Damage: +12%
2. Muscle Band
The Pokémon’s basic attacks deal additional damage based on the target’s remaining HP.
3. Razor Claw
After the Pokémon uses a move, its next basic attack deals additional damage. The higher the Pokémon’s Attack is, the more his damage increases. When this item is held by a melee Pokémon, basic attacks also decrease the movement of enemies speeds for a few seconds.
4. Wise Glasses
Wise Glasses do increase Sp. Atk of a Pokemon by a percentage.
5. Shell Bell
The Pokémon recovers HP when it lands a move. More high being the Pokémon’s Sp. Atk, the more HP it recovers. It posses a 10-second cooldown.

6. Energy Amplifier
After Pokémon uses its Unite move, it deals increased damage for a short time. It has a 4-second duration.
7. The Choice Specs
The Choice Specs increase the damage of Pokémon move when they hit. The higher the Pokémon Sp. Atk is, the more the damage is increased.
Defense Items

1. Leftovers
The Pokémon recovers health over time while out of combat. This takes place at a point of time of 8 seconds after leaving combat.
2. Weakness Policy
Weakness Policy increases Pokémon’s Attack for a short time by a minimum of 2%. This happens when the Pokémon receives damage. This increase grows larger the more times damage is received.
3. Focus Band
When the Pokémon drops too low HP, with each second for three seconds, it recovers some of the HP that it has lost. It possesses a 90-second cooldown.
4. Assault Vest
With the help of Assault Vest, the Pokémon gains a shield against Sp. Atk damage, while being out of combat. This takes place at a point of time of 8 seconds after leaving combat.
5. Rocky Helmet
After the Pokémon receives enough damage, nearby opponents are dealt damage equal to a percentage of their max HP. It has a 2-second cooldown.

1. Float Stone
It increases movement speed while out of combat. This takes place at a point of time of 8 seconds after leaving combat.
2. Buddy Barrier
When the Pokémon uses its Unite move, the specific Pokémon and the nearest ally Pokémon with the lowest HP are each granted a shield. This shield generally has an 8-second duration.
3. Exp. Share
While your Pokémon has the fewest Exp. Points on its team, it passively receives Exp. Points. In addition it, when a nearby teammate defeats a wild Pokémon, the teammate gains slightly more Exp. Points.
