New Defender-type Pokémon Vaporeon is now available in Pokémon Unite. Starting November 20th, you can participate in the Vaporeon’s Refracted Melody Challenge Event to get its Unite License, Background, Frame, and many other exciting rewards for free. In this article, we’ll walk you through the Pokémon Unite Vaporeon Challenge Event and how to get Vaporeon’s Unite License for free.
How to get Vaporeon’s Unite License from the Vaporeon Refracted Melody Challenge Event
To get Vaporeon’s exclusive Unite License, you’d have to navigate to the Vaporeon Refracted Melody Challenge section in the event tab. In this event, you’d have to progress through a board-like map, completing tasks and collecting Refracted Melody Coins. These coins can be used to redeem Vaporeon’s Unite License and other exclusive rewards.
The following are some tips to note while participating in the Refracted Melody Challenge event.
- When you log in during the event, you can obtain up to 1 die per day. You can roll a die to advance the number of squares rolled. You can own only one die obtained by logging in at a time.
- If you’re not happy with a number you rolled, you can use Aeos Tickets to reroll the die for a guaranteed higher number. You can reroll each die up to 5 times.
- When you land on a square, you’ll unlock tile missions. You cannot roll the die again until you’ve completed one of the tile missions for the square you’re on. You can also complete tile missions by using 5 Aeos gems.
- The number of Refracted Melody coins you’ll obtain when reaching the end of each map has a fixed probability. 100 Refracted Melody coins – 90% chance, while 150 Refracted Melody coins have a 10% chance.
- Landing on a lucky square will allow you to advance 1-3 squares randomly.
- If you have more than one die, you’ll roll the die obtained by logging in first.
- Besides obtaining dice by logging in every day, you can also obtain up to 10 additional dice from the Support Log-In Bonus and Coin Collection Challenge.
Missions and Rewards in Vaporeon Challenge Event
On accumulating enough Refracted Melody Coins, you’ll be able to exchange them for exciting new rewards. These rewards are highlighted below:
- Vaporeon’s Unite License – 1000 Refracted Melody Coins
- Vaporeon’s Exclusive Background – 100 Refracted Melody Coins
- Vaporeon’s themed Frame – 50 Refracted Melody Coins
- 300 Item Enhancers – 50 Refracted Melody Coins
- 7-day Battle Point Boost Card – 80 Refracted Melody Coins
- 3-day Battle Point Boost Card – 40 Refracted Melody Coins
- 3-day Limited License: Vaporeon – 160 Refracted Melody Coins
- 3-day Limited License: Vaporeon – 80 Refracted Melody Coins
- 30 Aeos Tickets – 10 Refracted Melody Coins
Since it’d take a couple of days to finally obtain Vaporeon’s Unite License, you can participate in any of the following events for added rewards and bonuses:
- Refracted Melody Support – Login Bonus event: This event grants extra dice when you successfully log in to the game for 7 days during this event.
- Vaporeon Commemorative Event: Participating in this event will reward you with a 3-Day Limited License for Vaporeon, an Exclusive Vaporeon Profile Background, and other exciting rewards. You’d only have to complete some simple match missions to unlock these rewards.
