- You can browse through sections like Popular articles, General, Troubleshooting, Payments, and Earning and betting.
- If you can’t find a solution to your issue, just scroll down and tap on Chat with us.
- As you talk with the bot, you’ll need to provide your Name, Email address, and then wait for their response.
- They’re now having an increased volume of such requests, so you may need quite some hours for their reply.

If your issue is not solved after following the previous steps, your next option is to visit their official website. There, tap on Support and select Sunday City, and you’ll be redirected to the same help shift page as the above process.
