Three Skies is a story-driven strategic RPG via Shiny Box LLP that aims to provide a complete RPG experience and that includes having a vast choice of selection when it comes to characters in the game. There are around 60 heroes to be selected as the main commanders for your task force in the game, and that is not an absolute number the total number of heroes is just going to increase as the game gets older. In this Three Skies Character Tier List, we will try and characterize the characters into three tiers and make the ultimate pick from them to help players make the best use of their selection in the game.
Three Skies Character Tier List for September 2023
Now moving forward with this Tier list we will try and narrow down the scope of characters in Three Skies by characterizing them into a tier list based on the stats and overall rating in the game. Moving further we would like to add that we will be ranking only the original character cards as there are certain overlaps based on different levels for the same characters in the game. We would like to divide the characters in the game based on 3 different tiers namely, Strong (S), Good (A), and Average (B).

Best meta Characters in Three Skies for September 2023
Warrior Class Characters – Tisha
Tisha is considered the most powerful Warrior Class hero in Three Skies, having an HP of 150, and a Strength of 163 with a Willpower of 90. The talents of Tisha include Dust Loop, Tiger’s Discipline, and Crane’s Discipline which allows her to have a 50% chance to gain extra combo points after hitting an enemy.
If the last skill used by Tisha was Punch, the next Kick skill will deal 50% increased damage to the enemy unit. The Learned Skills enable her to inflict 1 steel, nature, fire, and earth boost according to the Kick she activates on the target for 1 turn.
Knight Class Characters – Havel
When it comes to the Knight Class heroes, Havel proves to be the most powerful. It has an HP score of 222 along with a Strength of 158, Toughness of 164, and a Willpower of 69 which allows Havel to bear the Stun attack without any fuss i.e. this Hero cannot be inflicted with Stun.
Also, Havel cannot be critically hit during a battle by any of the enemy attacks. Along with all these talents the other talents are: Unwavering, Withstand, and Breaker, which enables it to reduce all targets’ Willpower by 1 stage when hitting with a skill, and if debuffed, it increases its power by 50% thus defeating foes easily.
Priest Class Characters – Eshne
Eshne is considered the most effective Priest Class hero in Three Skies, having an HP of 139 along with a Strength score of 150, Toughness of 85, and Willpower of 164 which enables her to withstand Demonic damage.
Her Talents include Grace, Salvation, and Divine Favor where after healing a friendly target, the Willpower of the targeted ally gets increased by 1 stage. Other learned skills permit her to heal adjacent allies for 12.5% HP when entering the battlefield and inflict cannot heal on the target enemy. The accuracy of these attacks is 90 and 100% respectively.
Mage Class Characters – Evelyn
The most leveling Mage Class hero in Three Skies is considered to be Evelyn, with an HP score of 97 and a Strength of 50 but an Intelligence and Willpower score of 212 and 157 respectively. The Talents of Evelyn are Prismatic, Channel, and Dark Gift allowing her to increase her power by 25% when using a non-Arcane skill in the field.
When this hero uses a skill, the power increases its MP cost and damage by 25% and all attribute changes on Evelyn are doubled. Her Learned Skills enable her to inflict sleep on targetted enemies for 4 turns impairing them to fight in the battle.
Rogue Class Characters – Thyra
When it comes to the Rogue Class heroes, Thyra proves to be the most efficient. It has an HP score of 96 along with Strength, Willpower, and Speed of 163, 105, and 162 respectively. The main Talents of Thyra are named Escape Artist, Restoring Waters, and Stormborn permitting her to always escape to put the target in illusion.
Also, when this hero is dealt with Water damage, it deals zero damage and restores 100 MP. The Learned Skills are effective whenever it rains as it increases Thyra’s speed by 25%, clears all buff from the target, gains 1 stage of strength for each status cleared, and always hits.
Ranger Class Characters – Cordelia
The most efficient and powerful Ranger Class hero in Three Skies is considered to be Cordelia, with an HP of 140, Strength of 170, Toughness of 126, and Willpower of 84. The Talents of Cordelia can be named Crack Shot, Swift Shot, and Track enabling her to raise her Accuracy of attacks by 1 stage.
When this Hero uses a Shot skill, they have a 25% chance to Paralyze their target and when she activates the Swift Shot, this hero has a 25% chance to gain +1 priority. Other Learned Skills inflict -2 stages of accuracy to target and the Accuracy remains 100% thus proving fruitful in a fight.
Druid Class – Divina
Divina is considered the most powerful Druid Class hero having an HP of 124 along with a Strength score of 87, Toughness of 118, and Willpower of 173. The Talents of Divina are Clairvoyance, Illusive, and Divine Fate enabling her to reveal their target’s moves when gitting an enemy.
Also, Arcane skills used by Divina are classed as Illusive skills giving the benefit of two types of damage at once. When this Hero dies they heal an adjacent ally to 100% HP. Other Learned Skills her to inflict 1 stage of bound and perish on the targeted enemy for 4 and 3 turns respectively and the Accuracy mostly remains 100%.
Final Thoughts
The game, Three Skies offers a lot of many characters in the game for players to select from. There are around 60 characters in the game each offering a varying set of skills and stats favoring different sets of gameplay options and strategies.
