In Top Eleven Be a Football Manager training drills play a key role in the overall players’ growth. If we look closely then we’ll see white skills have a greater drop rate than the grey skills at the training ground. Hence, a manager has to choose the drills very wisely at the time of training so that he/she can bring out the most using less energy. Otherwise, he/she will end up draining more energy for less number of skills (dropped).
Types of Skills in Top Eleven

Bonus Tips
If the player is singly positioned then a manager can use these drills directly and For doubled positioned players the manager may use the common drills of the two positions. But if the player is triply positioned then the manager may not find any common drills in that case he/she can use the drills of the position the player mostly plays at.
Please note that for GK the Punching skill is only given in one drill so you have to train that skill/attribute sometimes. Also, Creativity cannot be gained by playing matches so we tried to include the drills which have “creativity” in them for required positions.
