The upcoming version 3.1 update of Wuthering Waves will bring two new five-star resonators. The second phase will bring Luuk Herssen, a spectro gauntlet fighter. Luuk Herssen is a five-star spectro gauntlet resonator in Wuthering Waves. He’s from the Resonator Nursing Unit at Startorch Academy. His fast attack speed and teleportation ability blend nicely to provide a logical energy boost, and follow-up attacks can deal good damage to the enemies.
