AFK Arena and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will once enter into collaboration to expand the world of the successful idle RPG, according to the announcement by Lilith Games. The realm of Esperia welcomes two new playable heroes from the monster-infested world of The Witcher: Geralt of Rivia and Yennefer of Vengerberg, who will help to defend the realm and expand the hero roster in AFK Arena. Doug Cockle will reprise his role as Geralt for the collaboration’s voice-acted lines as part of the crossover.

The partnership offers an intriguing union of one of the greatest open-world role-playing games of all time and the wildly popular idle-RPG action of AFK Arena. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a multi-award-winning game whose rich narrative and fantastical setting blend flawlessly with AFK Arena’s fantasy setting. Players will be able to determine which of Geralt and Yennefer best fits their teams’ fighting styles by testing out how each character’s special gameplay features work on the battlefield.
Yennefer, a formidable magic user, concentrates mostly on arcane spells that target groups of opponents, while Geralt, a fearsome warrior, uses a combination of sword-based melee warfare and alchemy. Both Geralt and Yennefer are more than capable of defending the realm of Esperia from the evil that threatens it because they have already fought the plague of the Wild Hunt.
The two newest characters join the outstanding cast of AFK Arena with other well-known figures including Joker and Queen from Persona 5, Ezio Auditore from the Assassin’s Creed game, and Ainz Ooal Gown and Albedo from Overlord.
