The masterminds behind this creation are director-producer Doug Liman (renowned for his work on “The Bourne Identity” and “Mr. and Mrs. Smith“), Julina Tatlock, and Jed Weintrob, all partners of 30 Ninjas. Asset 15, developed in collaboration with Verizon, introduces players to an extraordinary experience through cutting-edge immersive augmented reality gameplay and the utilization of lifelike 3D holograms.
By immersing themselves in the story of two sisters, Flux and Petra, players are drawn into a world where Petra’s life takes a dramatic turn after falling into an unexplained coma caused by exposure to experimental technology. Flux, a hacktivist, emerges as the sole hope for saving her sister and uncovers the secrets that lie within the narrative.

In Asset 15, the protagonist Flux, portrayed by Amandla Sternberg, takes center stage as players embark on an exhilarating journey spanning five captivating chapters. Flux’s primary objective is to unravel the enigmatic secrets surrounding a groundbreaking AI technology, which has tragically rendered her sister comatose.
Petra, Flux’s sister, previously held a prominent position as a high-ranking executive at Helios, a renowned technology company known for their revolutionary transcranial MR glasses known as Asset 15. While these glasses grant users the ability to transfer their memories to Helios’ cloud platform, the underlying technology has unforeseen consequences that continue to puzzle everyone involved.
To rescue Petra from her dire condition, players assume the role of Flux and collaborate with her to penetrate the depths of her consciousness, maneuver through her memories, and establish connections between her fragmented thoughts by solving progressively intricate 3D AR puzzles.
Within the augmented reality environment, shattered fragments of Petra’s memories drift aimlessly, disjointed, and chaotic, demanding players’ efforts to reconstruct the scenes in order to unravel the overarching mystery.

Asset 15 is a production of 30 Ninjas, with executive producers Julina Tatlock, Jed Weintrob, Doug Liman, and producer Tony Hernandez. The development of Asset 15 is in collaboration with the France-based studio Novelab, and the production of volumetric holograms is carried out by Metastage.
