Baki THE STRONGEST PROOF launches in Japan with your favorite fighters in Chibi form and auto-team battles

GrandSoft-inc, the studio behind BRAVE FRONTIER LEGION, has announced the launch of their training sim title, Baki THE STRONGEST PROOF, now available on both Android and iOS in Japan. This is based on the popular pinnacle fighting anime series, Baki the Grappler.

So, Baki fans can finally dive into the new training sim, Baki THE STRONGEST PROOF, which brings together the strongest fighters from the original anime series. Here, you get to train these iconic characters, enhance their skills, and build the ultimate team for intense battles.

But for anyone unaware of Baki, which shouldn’t be the case, it is a classic fighting series created by Keisuke Itagaki that gained massive popularity after arriving on Netflix. The lore follows Baki Hanma, who wants to grow strong and beat his father, Yujiro Hanma, known as the Strongest Man alive.

And I’m a big fan of this series, like a really big one, as I’ve almost watched everything from this series, from the OVA and anime to even the crossover film, Hanma Baki VS Kengan Ashura, so I’m personally quite excited for this one.

Players can pull the Chibi version of their favorite characters and engage in auto-battles

Okay, back to the game again. Here, you can pull adorable Chibi versions of your favorites, such as Baki, Kaoru, Mitsunari, and more, through the gacha system. After that, you can put together your dream team and jump into auto battles.

That said, I do wish it leaned more towards the action genre, because I, and even other fans, would have loved to feel the combat firsthand. But, from early reactions, it seems fans are already loving the game, as it has crossed 10k downloads on the Google Play Store and got positive reviews on the App Store.

Baki THE STRONGEST PROOF is now available on both Android and iOS in Japan. You can now download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store. However, there is no information yet on the global launch, but I really hope it launches globally soon enough.
