Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), the most popular battle royale game in India, is now available to preload for all Android users as of today, May 27. However, players will only be able to play the game starting on May 29. On May 29th, 2023, iOS users will be able to download and play the game. There is no need to worry if a small number of users received an automated update starting at midnight because this is just part of the preload process.
KRAFTON will space out the release and playability of BGMI to avoid an excessive amount of downloads. This strategy guarantees that participants can play the game uninterruptedly. Therefore, starting on May 29, players can join the action-packed conflicts and demonstrate their talents on the battlegrounds.

A new Map, In-Game Events, and more will be included in the forthcoming update. Alongside the release of the game, KRAFTON also unveiled a brand-new marketing initiative called “India Ki Heartbeat” that tells the tales of gamers who best represent how BGMI is more than just a game—it’s a profound emotion.
