Com2uS ROCA, a subsidiary of Com2uS, has announced the soft launch of its PvPvE battle royale title, RIVOR, now available on both Android and iOS in the United States and the Philippines. There is no information regarding a global launch yet.
Experience a chaotic PvPvE BR while fighting against monsters and other players
Just when I thought the craze for battle royales had died a little bit, RIVOR showed up with a 10-player PvPvE BR thrill. Set in a volatile dimensional fracture, you’ll dive into a suffocating survival competition against other souls, taking a break from the usual BRs like PUBG Mobile, CODM, and more.
So, gameplay-wise, this feels like a dungeon-style survivor experience with 10 opponents in each round. I personally liked the addition of the NPC monsters, and the weapon-based class rotation system also adds to the gameplay depth, because every weapon brings its own skills, strategies, and more.

And, once you lock in your weapon choices and get used to the rotation system, the game becomes more fun, as hunting the horde to enhance your arsenal becomes easier, and it then gives you an upper hand against other players. Besides combat, I also like the blend of medieval fantasy with futuristic tech.
Overall, RIVOR looks like a solid entry, especially coming from Com2uS, though a newer subsidiary. The content also looks great, offering costumes and gear with diverse visual themes, Quest, Battle Pass, and more. But this is just a soft launch, so you can look forward to changes in content, features, and more.
RIVOR is now available in soft launch on Android and iOS in the United States and the Philippines, and you can download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
