Cookie Run: Kingdom and Disney fans will be excited to find that the two companies are having a collaboration. Devsisters has been teasing some hints related to Disney and Mickey Mouse on the official Cookie Run: Kingdom twitter. On July 15, 2020, Cookie Run: Kingdom shared a picture on Twitter where Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy are sitting with Gingerbrave and his friends.
It seems that these Disney characters will arrive in Cookie Run: Kingdom as playable characters. This means you’ll be able to earn cookie versions of them in the game, and if you’re especially lucky, you might earn multiple copies of them.
Cookie Run: Kingdom and Disney will bring the second collab event in the game
This is the second time Cookie Run: Kingdom is having a collaboration event, with the first time being with SEGA. The collaboration with SEGA had a special Sonic Event that let players collect golden rings, and fight Dr. Eggman in various mini-game stages. It even let players collect Sonic Cookie and Tails Cookie for a limited time.
Devsisters hasn’t provided details on what special mini-game will be released this time around, but it might be related to Fantasia, since Gingerbrave Cookie’s official Twitter account has posted a picture of Gingerbrave in a Fantasia costume.
Note that since this is a special event, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy will only be available during the event’s time frame. You can’t collect them from the gacha after the event is over.
Special cookies will be available during the event for grabs
Much like regular cookies, multiple copies of the special cookies are used for promotion and ascension. So, if you want to promote or ascend Mickey Mouse, and others, you’ll have to earn their copies during the event time frame. The remaining soulstones you have of the special cookies will be converted into coins or mileage.
Even though there have been several hints regarding the collaboration, it’s still unknown when Mickey Mouse and his friends will arrive in Cookie Run: Kingdom. However, it is safe to expect that the update will be released a few weeks from now. Be sure to play the game when the update drops so you don’t miss out on these special cookies.
