NHN Corp., known for Guns Up! Mobile, has announced the global open beta for their open-world multiplayer zombie survival title, DARKEST DAYS, on mobile and PC, starting from April 24, 2025. The game previously conducted a global test from February 24, 2025, to March 3, 2025, on same platforms.

DARKEST DAYS is an open-world multiplayer zombie survival RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a mysterious zombie virus. In this game, your journey begins in Sand Creek, where you must survive a city overrun by zombies while defending yourself against both the undead and hostile humans.
I am impressed by the game’s stunning open world, with high-quality graphics, diverse terrains, and captivating natural environments, making me eager to dive in. Its post-apocalyptic visuals perfectly complement the game’s tone.
You can also explore the vast open world using various vehicles from ordinary family cars to huge, powerful trucks, police cars, ambulances, and more. I am looking forward to meeting various survivors, each offering unique abilities.

To endure the chaos, you can build shelters to withstand endless battles, looting, and resource depletion from both zombies and other humans. In Shelter, you can recruit various survivors, who can either increase production efficiency or become dependable allies in battle and exploration.
The multiplayer features looks exciting to me, including modes like Lonetree Tunnel, a co-op mode where you and other survivors defend against waves of zombies, as well as Construction Site on the 37th, Bielli Island, and Rootland.
I am looking forward to DARKEST DAYS Open Global Beta, since unlike the previous tests, this open beta will be provided without any time or content restrictions, allowing you to enjoy the title until the official release. Plus, account data from this open beta will be carried over to the official launch.
