Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat has reportedly opened up an official pre-registration website to facilitate global pre-registration. Previously the game was limited to the Chinese regional level but with the news regarding pre-registrations, the game looks to be gearing up for a worldwide release.

Developers aim to bring the chaotic hack-and-slash experience to mobile

There are no two ways about it, Devil May Cry despite not being everyone’s cup of tea, has definitely a very positive and prominent reputation in the genre of Hack and Slash games. With the game’s release on mobile devices developers will be trying to continue and make positive use of reputation in making the game a hit release.

Officially authorized by CAPCOM and self-developed by the China-based studio Nebulajoy, the game was released in Chinese markets in 2021, and now they are rolling out for global audiences. Currently, one email can be used for pre-registrations on either Android or iOS platforms. The website has a pre-registration link for players to type in their email for either iOS or Android.

The game is expected to have Nero as the main character as shown in the short video on the official website. The game will aim to bring the classic devil-hunting experience combined with chaotic battle styles to mobile devices. The gameplay will include special elements of online team battles and even PVP combat, giving it an RPG touch.

Classic characters Dante, Lady, Vergil, and Nero from DMC 3, DMC 4, and DMC 5 will also make their appearances in the game. From the looks of it, the developers aim to bank on the popularity of the series and mix it up with the reach of RPG playstyle.

Devil May Cry Peak of Combat to open closed beta test on March 23rd

The Closed Beta Tests for the game were also reportedly in the plans of the developers to be held in South East Asia. However, NebulaJoy and CAPCOM have confirmed the date for the closed beta tests on March 23rd, which is open to limited players only.

All the 200 slots for the CBT are decided randomly, as the tweet for the same was confirmed. All the interested participants have to do is Like and Retweet the announcement tweet, and the team will be sending the invitations to join the program to the selected ones.

The official date of the global release is still not announced. However, fans should follow the official website and pre-register for the game for further information and stay updated.
