- Cookie Run: OvenSmash will launch on March 2026, alongside the online showcase event, DevNow.
- Project N is a 3D open-world action RPG planned for 2029 release on mobile, PC, and consoles.
- Project CC is a casual RPG joining the hype of idle RPGs later this year.
Devsisters has announced two new projects based on their beloved Cookie Run series, called Cookie Run Project CC and Cookie Run Project N. The studio is pushing forward with a multi-universe IP strategy, aiming to diversify genres and platforms with Cookie Run: OvenSmash, and these titles.
Get ready for some big reveal with DevNow 2026 and two new projects
There are a lot of good news for the Cookie Run community as Devsisters aims to build both short-term and long-term growth around the IP. So, the plan includes live game-based CR universe, expansion beyond mobile space, and better cultural reach worldwide. At the heart is this universe that connects 500+ beloved characters and their worlds.
So, Cookie Run will be the central hub, and Cookie Run: Kingdom is ending its first first major act this March and begin its second one. This will bring a narrative crossover with Cookie Run: OvenSmash, as the highly anticipated title is also releasing this March, 2026, along with the online showcase, DevNow.
Besides that, you can look forward to the two new titles, Cookie Run Project CC and Project N, and more details on them and other long term plans during DevNow 2026. The team’s aim is to gain new momentum with these next-gen releases, and as a fan I can’t be happier enough.
Project CC offers a casual RPG experience while Project N will be a open-world action RPG
Now, Project CC is designed as a casual RPG inspired by the growing popularity of idle RPGs, and is planned for release in the second half of this year with lighthearted humor. But it’s Project N that I’m more interested in as it is bringing tje imaginary Cookie world as a fully explorable open world, build using Unreal Engine.
In this 3D action RPG, you can look forward to explore the diverse Cookie world full of unique experiences. The only downside is that this multi-platform project is will be releasing in 2029 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the IP. But it will be fun to try it on PC and console in addition to mobile.
