Bandai Namco has announced that its upcoming MOBA, Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, is set to launch on Android, iOS, PlayStation 5/4, Switch, and PC on September 9. This first-ever MOBA was announced in August 2024 and started regional beta in the same month, followed by a network test in June 2025.
Team up, power up, and battle it out as your favorite DRAGON BALL characters
Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, previously known as DRAGON BALL PROJECT: Multi, is the first team-based title in the iconic franchise. In this game, you’ll team up with iconic characters to take part in intense 4v4 team battles and dominate the objectives and enemies.
During matches, your hero gets stronger, unlocking new skills to crush both enemy players and bosses. You can also choose from three roles: Damage for high aggression, Tank for soaking damage, and Technical for versatile support. Plus, each hero comes with their unique abilities and skills.
Packed with iconic characters and full cross-platform support
As a longtime Dragon Ball and MOBA fan, I’m excited to jump into this title with Goku, Vegeta, Krillin, and more. On top of that, there are plenty of customization options, like skins, entrance animations, and even special finisher animations.
All in all, the game looks promising and fun, offering cross-platform play, smooth visuals, multiple heroes, team dynamics, and a lot more. The game is also offering a variety of pre-registration milestone rewards, which are as follows:
