Gameduo has announced their latest sci-fi post-apocalyptic casual RPG, E.D.E.N : The Last Line, now open for pre-registration on both Android and iOS. We can expect the game to release on February 3, based on App Store’s listing.
Get ready to command Awakened girls to protect humanity
E.D.E.N : The Last Line is an arcade-like RPG set in a world on the brink of extinction. Here, you step in as the Commander, leading humanity’s final defense alongside adorable yet powerful awakened girls, after the Devourer Catastrophe wiped out half of the population.
You’ll oversee an elite institute for the awakened girls who unlocked their powers under extreme conditions, called Lumina Academy. Alongside that, you manage the EDENs system, which stabilizes and enhances each girl’s powers. There are EDEN units that are custom-built based on their abilities.
You can experiment with diverse abilities, bond with characters, and more
And the battles look fun, letting you mix ice, electricity, lasers, and gravity abilities for combo effects while commanding each girls’ skills in real time. I think making tactical use of roles like assault and power, along with the right EDEN loadouts will help a lot in clearing the Devourer waves and giant boss fights.
Overall, the game doesn’t look bad as it lets you bond with the characters like Ruby, Iris, and Kaede, in dorms and labs, in addition to the solid content like a power amplifier system, real-time battles, roles, arcade-like action, character lores, and more. Do try to heal the girls’ past as you battle out.
