eFootball 2026 brings yet another update, and we have plenty in store to discuss, especially since there’s a lot on offer for us F2P players. The Link-up system has a new style added, which comes alongside a brand new Manager. A full overview of the update is shared.

Brazil and England National Team Campaign
Now this is the campaign we all should keep an eye on. Why? Because we are getting to sign one Show Time card for free, and no card in this draw is a dud. That’s a major plus here, and I really expect many to grind.
Simple steps to follow. Campaign Hub offers several milestones to hit, and all you need to do is follow them to get the Selection Contract. With the one contract, you can sign any of the four: Bernardo Silva, Marquinhos, Andy Robertson, and Jordan Henderson.
While this is one reason to play the campaign, other rewards are on offer, too. Selection Contracts for highlight cards are available, while 100 eFootball Coins are on offer alongside GP and XP.
New Link-Up: Diagonal Long Pass B
Similar to the Diagonal Pass A, the Key Man immediately starts making aggressive forward runs when the Centrepiece, in this case a Creative Playmaker, gets the ball in the middle third. You connect your pass with the wide man.
The position is once again utilising a Creative Playmaker at the Wings as the Centrepiece, while your Key Man would be an Attacking Full-back. But again, remember that if you use Centrepiece at LMF, your fullback should be the RB.
New Manager: Pep Guardiola 13-14
The update introduces Pep Guardiola as a new Manager in his Bayern Munich version available with the new Link-up style. He is available for 750 coins. He gets proficiency in Possession Game and Out Wide, both with a 89 rating, with +1 boosts to Kicking Power and Aggression.
New Epic cards arrive
Every Thursday, this is common: the arrival of Epic cards. This time too, we have some amazing cards on offer. You can look forward to adding Epic versions of Franck Ribéry and Philipp Lahm, with Show Time cards for Bukayo Saka and Riccardo Calafiori.
National Legends
There is a new pack that is live in the game, National Legends. So what this pack offers is two Epic cards for the price of 900 coins. Interesting right? Let me explain. So you will need to spend 900 coins to get a random Legend here.
Once you do, you get 10x 4000 XP, but alongside, there is a Selection Contract as well. What this allows is to get the player of your choice from the same pack, for free. This is a really good deal for F2Ps. If not, the shop offers the legend from your region to purchase, which in my case is Sunil Chettri.
