It has been a long time since the announcement of Erangel 2.0. The upgraded version of classic Erangel is already available for the PUBG PC version. But the Erangel 2.0 for PUBG Mobile has been a hot topic in various social communities over the last couple of months. And none knows when it is going to arrive. While the PUBG Mobile players are eagerly waiting for Erangel 2.0, a new rumour from Russian PUBG Mobile telegram just gave a lead on it by telling that it might arrive with 0.17.0 update.
Rumour says Erangel 2.0 will arrive with PUBG Mobile 0.17.0 update
While there are always many questions about the validity of the leaks, the Russian PUBG Mobile community claims that they are supported by Tencent Games. According to them, the long-awaited Erangel 2.0 might arrive with PUBG Mobile 0.17.0 update.
After the ending of PUBG Mobile season 11, the new update will be arriving in the first week of March. The beta version has already arrived with a bunch of new features. However, the beta did not show any Erangel 2.0 or anything related to this. So there stays a big question mark on the validity of this leak. But there are times when many features do not appear in beta version but appear in the final version. So, we can’t say anything in particular as of now.
What else?
The rumour also says that the game will see a new icon after the release of PUBG Mobile 0.17.0 update. The above-attached photo shows a mention of “2nd” which stands of the 2nd anniversary of PUBG Mobile.
