- Football Manager 26 now features official FIFA licenses, including the FIFA World Cup 26 in Canada, Mexico, and the USA.
- The game will offer official kits, broadcast graphics, and tournament branding for all 48 teams in the FIFA World Cup 26.
- This licence comes with a revamped International Management module coming next year for FM26, FM26 Console, and FM26 Touch ahead of FIFA World Cup 26.
SEGA and Sports Interactive have announced their first-ever partnership with FIFA, football’s world governing body, for their football sim, Football Manager 26. After the cancellation of Football Manager 25, this new instalment is set to launch on November 4, 2025, across multiple platforms, including FM26 Touch on Apple Arcade.
This collab means FM26 will come with the FIFA license, besides its FIFPRO-licensed, meaning you should be able to play with authentic real-life footballers in official FIFA competitions, including the FIFA World Cup. Football Manager 26 comes as the next title after FIFA Heroes, FIFA Rivals, and Matchday Champions, having the official FIFA license and branding after FIFA’s rift with EA two years ago.
Play the official FIFA tournaments in FM26, including the World Cup and Club World Cup
So, right before its official launch, Football Manager 26 has dropped this amazing news, and I’m sure fans everywhere are thrilled. This multi-year deal delivers official licenses for FIFA’s biggest competitions to the beloved series, including the FIFA World Cup 26 held in Canada, Mexico, and the USA.

Plus, the inclusion of officially licensed FIFA competitions begins this year with the FIFA World Cup, FIFA Women’s World Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup, with more to follow. Sports Creative also confirmed a revamped International Management module arriving next year across FM26, FM26 Console, and FM26 Touch.
Players can enjoy official licensed kits and new updated broadcast graphics
You can look forward to official kits, broadcast graphics, and tournament branding for all 48 FIFA World Cup 26 teams, making the match feel even more alive than before. Studio Director Miles Jacobson called the FIFA partnership “an incredibly historic moment for the studio,” and I couldn’t agree more.
I’m also glad that this International Management module will be available on mobile devices as well via Netflix Games from launch. And if you didn’t know, this is also the first time that a Football Manager title is built with the Unity Engine, and if you’re someone who has followed the series for years, you’ll surely love this one.
